Heard learned counsel for the parties.

As per the order passed by this Court on 25th July 2012, ad-interim stay was granted to the execution, operation and implementation of the impugned Judgment and Award in terms of prayer clause (b), subject to the applicant-Insurance Company depositing entire decretal amount in the Tribunal within a period of eight weeks.

Now it is submitted that the applicant-Insurance Company has deposited the said amount in the Tribunal, as directed. 1/2 CAF-2256-12==.doc

In view thereof, the ad-interim order of stay granted earlier is made absolute till final disposal of the First Appeal. 5.

The amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited in this Court is directed to be transferred to the M.A.C.T., Kolhapur in M.A.C.P. No.183 of 2010. The M.A.C.T., Kolhapur is directed to invest the said amount in any Nationalized Bank, initially for a period of one year, to be renewed from time to time, till disposal of the First Appeal. 6.
