Criminal Application No.694 of 2017 is registered on the basis of communication sent by the applicant/accused through Jail seeking his release on bail apart from appointing amicus curiae. 2.

Criminal Application No.722 of 2016 is also registered on the basis of communication sent by the applicant/accused through jail for releasing him on personal bond without sureties. 3.

Criminal Application No.1476 of 2015 which is moved vide communication through jail is to the effect that by suspending the fine amount and sentence, the applicant be released on personal bond or sureties.

Smt. Ameeta Kuttikrishnan, learned Advocate on panel of legal aid of this Court has already been appointed to represent the applicant/accused in the applications as well as appeal filed by the present applicant at the costs of the State.

Heard the learned Advocate appearing for the applicant/accused as well as the learned APP for the State.

It is seen that on the earlier occasion similar such applications were moved for seeking release of the applicant/accused on bail vide Criminal Application No.716 of 2013 and Criminal Application No.623 of 2014. Both these applications were rejected vide order dated 2nd July 2013 (Coram : SMT. SADHANA JADHAV, J.) and 12th November, 2014 (Coram: A.R. JOSHI, J.).

There are no changes in the circumstances warranting entertainment of fresh such application. The applications for release of applicant / accused are, therefore, rejected. 8.

Put up the appeal for final hearing in the weekly board on its proper place in the category of jail appeals. (A.M.BADAR J.) 3/3
