P.C.:- 1) By the present Petition received through jail, the Petitioner has prayed for Death Parole Leave of 7 days on the ground that, his son namely Dharmendra Harilal Gupta passed away on 9th April, 2023 at his residence. 2) Learned APP on instructions from Mr. Kamble, Jailor, NashikRoad Central Prison submitted that, as a matter of fact, the Petitioner was granted Death Parole Leave for 7 days on the condition that, he shall deposit an amount of Rs.10,000/- as a security amount with Personal Release Bond. However the Petitioner did not furnish the said security amount and has not availed the said emergency Death Parole leave. 3) In view of the above, Petition has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed off.
