This is application for pre-arrest bail in C.R No.138 of 2019 registered with Vaduj Police Station, District Satara for offences under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 r/w 34 of Indian Penal Code. The applicant was granted interim protection vide order dated 16th December 2021. Interim protection continued for substantial period of time. Thereafter applicant was directed to attend Investigating Officer since grievance was made by APP, on instructions from Investigating Officer that applicant did not attend police station in respect of crime. The directions were given vide order dated 5th August 2022. On 8th September 2022 learned APP invited attention of the Court to extract of case diary as well a statement of applicant on four occasions that he would report the Investigating Officer and deposit gold pledged in the bank in his name. Since the applicant did not co-operate despite several opportunities, interim relief was MANISH SURESH THATTE MANISH SURESH THATTE Date: 2022.10.18 12:02:53 +0530 vacated.

On 7th October 2022 learned advocate representing applicant sought time to take instructions with regards to compliance of previous order relating to deposit of gold.

Learned APP submitted that applicant has not reported Investigating Officer and apparently is absconding. It is apparent that several opportunities were given to the applicant. He is not cooperating with investigation. Interim relief was vacated by this Court. Considering the aforesaid aspects, the application is rejected and disposed off.
