1. The Petitioner is seeking directions to the Respondent Authorities to register an FIR against Respondent Nos.5 and 6. The record does not indicate, nor learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner could point out, that information/report with regard to the commission of alleged offence has been given by the Petitioner to the officer in-charge of the concerned Police Station. Mr. Sawant, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner will immediately approach the officer in-charge of the concerned Police Station and will give report/information to the officer in-charge of the concerned Police Station with regard to the commission of alleged offence patilsr 1 / 2

by Respondent Nos.5 and 6. Statement is accepted. In the event such a report is made or information is given by the Petitioner, the officer in-charge of the concerned Police Station shall look into it and take appropriate decision on the same and communicate the action taken thereon to the Petitioner within 7 days of the lodging of such report/information. 2.
