P.C:- None appears for the Respondents though served. This Civil Application has been taken out for stay of the order dated 4th April, 2016 passed by the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Panvel. By the impugned order dated 4th April, 2016, the Respondent Nos.2 to 6 were transposed as Plaintiffs in the place of the Petitioner whose name was deleted.

This Court by an order dated 21st March, 2017 had posted this Petition for admission on 20th April, 2017 and ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (b) of the Petition was granted till then. Thus, the impugned order dated 4th April, 2016 was stayed. This, ad-interim relief is continued till the next CMIS date i.e. 30th October, 2017 on which date the Petition will be posted for admission.
