The learned Counsel for the Appellant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the Appeal, provided a reasonable time is granted to the Appellant to vacate the subject premises.

Interim Application also stands disposed.

The learned Counsel for the Respondent submits that the Respondent would remove the lock by 3rd August 2023.

One month time is granted to the Appellant to vacate the subject SSP 1/2

The learned Counsel for the Appellant makes a grievance that the Respondent has not released the legal dues of the Appellant. 9.

The Appellant is at liberty to make a representation to the concerned officer of the Respondent for releasing his terminal benefits which may be admissible in law. In the event, such a representation is made, the concerned officer of the Respondent shall take an appropriate action thereon as expeditiously as possible. ( N.J.JAMADAR, J. ) SSP 2/2
