This is an application for bringing the legal heirs of respondent No.1A on record and to condone the delay of 554 days in filing the present application.

For the reasons stated in the application, the delay in filing the present application stands condoned. The Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (d), subject to payment of cost of Rs.5,000/- to be paid to High Court Legal Services Authority within a period of four weeks from today. 3.
