Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that, in view of subsequent development that, the order dated 19/09/2019 passed by the learned Collector, Thane, setting aside the show-cause notice dated 01/06/2019, nothing survives in the present petition. She further makes a statement that, in the present proceeding, the petitioners have purchased the property by sale deeds dated 22/03/1993 and 31/03/1993. She submits that, because of pendency of the present writ petition, the Revenue Authority was not ready to record their names in the Index II. V.B.Gokhale

Considering these facts, following order is passed: a)The Writ Petition stands disposed of as infructuous, in view of subsequent development that, order dated 19/09/2019 passed by the learned Collector, Thane.

b)The Revenue Authority to proceed with the matter in respect of sale deeds dated 22/03/1993 and 31/03/1993, on its own merits.

c)Liberty is granted to the petitioners to pursue their matter before the Revenue Authority, on the basis of dismissal of this petition and order dated 19/09/2019 passed by the learned Collector, Thane.
