2022.06.18 13:58:01 +0530 the District Cooperative Election Officer and District Deputy SONALI MILIND PATIL Registrar Cooperative Societies by correcting the said description to Taluka Co-operative Election Officer and Taluka Deputy Registrar and to make him party as Respondent No.4. Amendment be carried out forthwith.

Rule. Mrs. Neha Bhide, learned AGP waives service on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 and 4. Mr. Deelip Patil Bankar,

waives service on behalf of Respondent No.2-SCEA and Mr. Amit Gharte, learned counsel waives service on behalf of Respondent No.3-Deputy Registrar Co-operative Society and newly added Respondent No.4-Taluka Co-operative Election Officer and Taluka Deputy Registrar.

Learned counsel Dr. Warunjikar for the Petitioners presses prayer clause (a) of the petition and prays that the representation made by his client on 13th June 2022 be decided by the Deputy Registrar Cooperative Societies. 4.

Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners and learned counsel appearing for the Respondent No.3-Society agree to appear before the Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Societies on 20th June 2022 at 11.00 a.m.

Learned Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Societies shall decide the representation annexed to the petition from pages 20 to 22 within three days from the date of parties appearing before him and shall pass an appropriate order. The said order shall be communicated to the Petitioners and the RespondentSociety within two days from the date of passing of the order. 6.

It is made clear that we have not expressed any views on the merit of the representation and maintainability thereof. All the contentions of parties are kept open.

The Petitioners and the society would not be issued fresh notice for appearing before the Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Societies on Monday, i.e. on 20th June 2022 at 11.00 a.m.

Rule is made absolute accordingly. Writ Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs. 9.
