The above Civil Application has been filed for restoration of the above Civil Revision Application which has been dismissed for non-prosecution on 17th June 2015 on account of non-appearance of the learned Advocate for the Applicant on the said date. The reasons for the same are mentioned in paragraph No.2 of the Civil Application. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent opposes the application, but ultimately leaves it to this Court. N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

It is required to be noted that the above Civil Revision Application is pending hearing and final disposal. In my view, therefore, it would be just and proper to allow the Civil Application. The same is accordingly allowed. Resultantly, the above CRA stands restored. The Applicant is directed to pay costs of Rs.1,000/- to the Respondent within two weeks from date. The Civil Revision Application to be listed for final hearing after the ensuing Christmas Vacation in the week commencing on 11th January 2016.

The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of. On restoration, the interim relief which was operating would also stand restored.
