CORAM : R. G. KETKAR, J.

DATE : 27TH MARCH, 2015 P.C.:

Heard Mr. Pawar, learned Counsel for applicants and Mr. Shingnapurkar, learned Counsel for respondent No.1. 2.

This is an application for condonation of delay of 211 days in filing the Second Appeal. By order dated 03.12.2014, Rule was issued. Respondent No.1 is represented by Mr. Harshad Shingnapurkar. Office remark shows that respondent No.2 is served. For the reasons stated in the application, which are not controverted, I am satisfied that the applicants have made out sufficient cause for condoning the delay. Hence, Rule is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (A) with no order as to costs. Office is directed to register the Second Appeal, if it is otherwise ready.
