Learned APP, on instructions, submits that trial has already commenced and the prosecution has examined two witnesses who are the victims in this case. It is submitted that the prosecution intends to examine about sixteen more witnesses. It is pointed out that the applicant is in custody from 26th March 2015. 2.

Considering the fact that the trial has already commenced, it is expected that trial would be over within a period of three months. In the event trial is not concluded within three months, the applicant will be at liberty to file fresh application for bail. It is made clear that this Court has not considered merits of the case. Criminal Bail Application No.1462 of 2019 is disposed of with above observations. (PRAKASH D. NAIK, J.) MST
