The grievance of the petitioner is that the caste validity claim of the petitioner is pending before the Caste Scrutiny Committee for the caste validity certificate and there is every possibility that respondent Nos.3 and 4 may terminate his services. 3.

Keeping in view that the caste validity claim of the petitioner is pending before the Caste Scrutiny Committee, we dispose of the petition by directing the Caste Scrutiny Committee

2 904d) wp6183-18.doc to decide the caste validity claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, but in any case not later than December 31, 2018. 4.

Till the petitioner's caste validity claim is decided, respondent Nos.3 and 4 shall not take any coercive steps against the petitioner for non submission of the caste validity certificate. 5.

With the aforesaid directions, the petition stands disposed of.
