The learned counsel for the Respondent nos.2 and 3 submits that as per earlier order dated 23.08.2021 passed by this court, he received instruction from CIDCO by letter dated 28.08.2021 stating that they decided to cancel the process of e-tenders which were invited online bids for the purpose of cleaning, sweeping and sanitation services for Railway Station Complex and Forecourt area at Airoli, Ghansoli, Rabale, Kharghar, Belapur, Nerul, Juinagar, Mohite 1/2

33 wp3126-21.odt Sanpada and Vashi. The said letter is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Same is accepted. 3.

The learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioner submits that in view of the letter dated 28.08.2021 issued by CIDCO he received instruction from the Advocate on Record that they may be permitted to withdraw the present Writ Petition. He submits that the Advocate on Record has given in writing to that effect. Same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Same is accepted. 4.

Writ Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. 5.
