It is submitted on behalf of respondent no. 1 that the dispute between respondent no. 1 and the petitioners has been resolved amicably and that the respondent no.1 has no grievance against the petitioner. It is further submitted that respondent no. 1 has no objection if criminal case pending against the petitioner on the complaint filed by respondent no. 2 is quashed. Criminal case No. 45/SW/2011 pending in the court of 29th Court, Dadar against the petitioners filed by respondent no.1 shall stand quashed. The bail bonds of the petitioners, if any, stand cancelled. (JUDGE)
