By this First Appeal, the Appellant Insurance Company is challenging the judgment and award dated 23rd January, 2015 passed by the Learned Additional Member, MACT, Pune in MACP No. 380 of 2010. 3.

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the Appellant and perusing the judgment and award, I am satisfied that the Appellant has made out a case for following order:

ORDER

(A) Admit.

(B) Printing dispensed with.
