By this application, the applicant has sought to modify the bail condition at para 8(i) of Order dated 25.03.2022 in Bail Application NO. 1996 of 2021. By the said order, the Applicants who is facing trial in Sessions Case No. 913 of 2021, pending on the file of Sessions Judge, Gr, Mumbai, was ordered to be released on bail on furnishing PR Bond in the sum of Rs.40,000/- each, with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount. 2.

Considering the reasons stated in the application, the condition in para 8(i) of order dated 25.03.2022 is modified as under :- i) The Applicant Bala Subramanium Kanaiya, who is facing trial in Sessions Case No. 913 of 2021 pending on the file of Sessions Judge, Greater Mumbai, is ordered to be released on cash bail in the sum of Rs.40,000/- (Rupees Forty Thousand Only) for a period of eight weeks;

iii) The Applicant shall within the said period of eight weeks furnish P.R.Bond in the sum of Rs.40,000/- (Rupees Forty Thousand Only) with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount;
