2] This application is for deleting the name of Respondent No. 2. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicants and averments made in the application, I am satisfied that the Applicants have made out a case for allowing the Civil Application. Applicants are allowed to delete the name of Respondent No. 2 from the cause title of First Appeal No. 1083 of 2002 and pending Civil Application if any at their cost and consequences, hence following order:

Vsp 27-caf-4056-2014 a) Applicants are permitted to delete the name of Respondent No. 2 from the cause title of First Appeal No. 1083 of 2002 at their cost and consequences within six weeks from today.
