2] The returnable date shall be 6 March 2017. Therefore, the applicant to take steps to serve respondent no. 2 by publication in two news papers, viz. Free Press Journal and Nav Shakti, which has circulation in District Dahanu. The applicant to thereafter file affidavit of service.
