Applicant is already chargesheeted.

2] Claim for parity is based on the order dated 5th October, 2021 passed in Bail Application No.3138 of 2021 and order dated 17th August, 2021 passed in Bail Application No.2580 of 2021. 3] Learned APP on instructions from Investigating Officer does not dispute the claim for parity. 4] Applicant is directed to be released on bail in Crime No. 73 of 2021 registered with Sahar Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 326, 324, 323, 504, 506, 143, 144, 147, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 37(1) and 135 of the Bombay Police Act, on execution of P.R. Bond of Rs 15000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount. Applicant shall neither tamper with the evidence nor try to influence the prosecution witnesses and the complainant.
