It is a common ground before us that the grievance sought to raise by the Petitioners is in respect of action taken by the Judicial Magistrate under section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 and that the Petitioners have a remedy to approach the Debt Recovery Tribunal. The learned Counsel for Respondent No.1 states that the Petitioners have already filed an application in that regard before the DRT.

We see no reason to entertain the petition. Keeping all contentions of the parties open, we dispose of the writ petition. ABHAY AHUJA, J.
