Heard learned Counsel for parties. This Application is preferred by the Plaintiff for fixing earlier date of hearing of Civil Revision Application No. 245 of 2012 on the ground that the Applicant is senior citizen.

i) Hearing of Civil Revision Application No. 245 of 2012 is expedited in the category of senior citizen. ii) Office is directed to place Civil Revision Application No. 245 of 2012 for final hearing in weekly board as per its turn in the list of senior citizen.
