The applicant was arrested on February 9, 2020. This application was filed on May 1, 2021 for interim bail and/or ad-interim bail. It appears that pursuant to the filing of this application, the applicant had filed an application for bail before the trial Court. By an order dated December 6, 2021, the trial Court dismissed the application for bail. In this view of the matter, it would be open for the applicant to file an appropriate application for bail in this Court. 3.
