This court vide order dated 17th June, 2019 issued directions to the parties to the Appeal to tender paper-book to the Registry within a period of one month from the date of the order so as to facilitate the court to dispose of the Appeal finally. Before issuance of the said directions vide order dated 17th June, 2019, a notice, in terms of the order passed earlier by this court on 4th December, 2018, was published on the official website of this court on 14th December, 2018. Since the papers of the Appeal were untraceable, the parties were given option to reconstitute the record. However, in-spite of publication of the notice and the order passed by this Borey 1/2

In the circumstances, we are constrained to direct dismissal of the Appeal for want of prosecution and it is accordingly directed.
