The application is taken out for bringing on record heirs of deceased Respondent no.1. Respondent no.1 expired on 23rd November 2020 and the application is filed on 14th June 2022.

Due to Covid pandemic, the Supreme Court has suspended the limitation period from 15th March 2020 till 28th February 2022. There are sufficient reasons given for condonation of delay. In view of that, the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).
