DATE : 28th MAY, 2021 (VACATION COURT - THROUGH VIDEO CONFERENCE) P.C:- Pursuant to the order dated 8th April, 2021 passed by this Court and more particular paragraph (2) thereof, Mr.Pitale, learned counsel for the respondent no.1 on instruction states that the respondent no.1 is ready and willing to issue fresh order for transfer of the petitioner after following due process of law. He states that there is no dispute that the petitioner has already completed three years on the post in question. Statement is accepted.

If any fresh order for transfer is issued in terms of the statement made before this Court today by the respondent no.1, the said order shall not be made effective for a period of one week from the date of communication of such order.

Writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
