Pursuant to the order dated 18 November 2016, the learned Arbitrator Justice S.R. Sathe [former Judge of this Court] has filed the statement of disclosure under Section 11(8) read with Section 12(1) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The same is accepted. Justice S.R. Sathe (Retired) is appointed as sole arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes and differences between the parties. The parties are directed to co-operate with the Arbitrator in the expeditious disposal of the Arbitration proceedings and shall not take unnecessary adjournments.
