2] He submits that the petitioner had not given any clear instructions to withdraw the petition. The statement which is recorded in the order dated 23rd March, 2015, is a result of miscommunication between the learned counsel, who appeared on the said date in the matter and the petitioner. He submits that in this circumstances, the order dated 23rd March, 2015, disposing of the petition as withdrawn, may be recalled.
