Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned senior counsel and learned counsel appearing for the respective respondents.

Learned counsel for respondent No.1 submits that Apex Grievances Redressal Committee (for short "the AGRC") will be sitting on 9th June 2023, and before that, if the petitioners file Digitally signed by SHUBHADA SHANKAR KADAM Date:

praecipe, the AGRC would hear the petitioners' stay application on 9th June 2023 and will pass appropriate orders on it within couple of days after hearing it. The statement of learned counsel for respondent No.1 is accepted.

In view of the submission of learned counsel for respondent No.1, writ petition is disposed of.

The petitioners are directed to file praecipe before respondent No.1 by Monday i.e. 5th June 2023.

Respondent No.1 shall hear the stay application of the petitioners on 9th June 2023 and pass appropriate orders on it, on its own merit, within two weeks.

Till passing of the order by Respondent No.1, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioners. 7.

If the petitioners fail to file praecipe by Monday i.e. 5th June 2023 before respondent No.1, the order passed by this Court would be vacated.

It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the matter.
