The above Civil Application has been filed for bringing the heirs of Respondent No.4(A) on record and for condonation of delay of three years in filing the application. The heir of the Respondent No.4(A) has been served, however no appearance is put up on his behalf. Hence, accepting the reasons mentioned in the Civil Application, the same is allowed. Resultantly, the heir of the Respondent No.4(A) is allowed to be brought on record. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from date. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of. [R.M.
