Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By this Application, the Applicant seeks the following prayer.

"(a) That this Hon'ble Court may be pleased, to direct the Passport Authorities to renew and issue a fresh passport to the Applicant for the prescribed period of 10 years."

Learned counsel for the Applicant has placed on record a Notification dated 25.08.1993 issued by the Ministry of External Affairs. The Passport Authority to re-new/issue a fresh Passport to the

Accordingly, the Application is disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
