By this interim application, the applicant seeks permission to file separate appeal on behalf of Yogesh Bhau Gurav, who was appellant/applicant No.4 in the aforesaid appeal i.e. Criminal Appeal No. 414 of 2016, as per the Practice Note No. 53 of the Bombay High Court, Appellate Side Rules, 1960.

Accordingly, we permit the applicant - Yogesh Bhau Gurav, to file a separate appeal in terms of Practice Note No. 53 of the Bombay High Court, Appellate Side Rules, 1960. 4.
Interim Application No.1800 of 2022 is allowed and accordingly disposed of.
