Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned AGP for the Respondents.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners submitted that though time and again representations were submitted to the the RespondentAuthority, the Authority failed to decide those representations. He submitted that a copy one of such representations, latest in point of time, is placed on record at Exhibit-"E" (page No.21) to the petition. 3.

The Petitioners submitted that they are the owners of certain lands situated at village Moruchi, taluka Malshiras, district Solapur and those lands were acquired, but compensation is not paid to them. in view of a circular of National Highway Authority, dated 10th April 2017. According to the Petitioners, lands under acquisition are owned by them and not by the government, as alleged in the reply. 4.

Considering the facts and circumstances, it would be appropriate to direct Respondent No.1 (Authority) to decide the Petitioners' representation dated 12th March 2021 and pass the reasoned order, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within the period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.
