(i) Applicant be released on bail in C.R. No. 334/2020 registered with Paydhuni Police Station for offence punishable under Sections 409, 420, 120(B) 506 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Codupon furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.
