The applicants seek liberty to amend this writ petition and to place subsequent events on record as per Schedule-A annexed to the civil application. No affidavit in reply is filed by the respondents though served.

For the reasons recorded in civil application, civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (b). No order as to costs. 1/2

Amendment to be carried out within one week from today. Amended copy of writ petition shall be served upon the respondents simultaneously. Affidavit in reply, if any, to the amended petition shall be filed within two weeks from the date of service of the amended petition. Affidavit in rejoinder, if any, shall be filed by the petitioners within one week from the date of service of affidavit in reply. 4.

It is made clear that no further extension of time would be granted to file affidavits. Place the Writ Petition No. 7277 of 2016 on board for admission on 06th March, 2018.
