The Learned Addl. P.P. Mr. Yagnik on instructions of Mr. Sagar Kate PSI, Akluj Police Station, states that by order dated 15-7-2017, sanction has been granted under Section 23(2) of the MCOC Act. The Learned APP further states that a charge sheet has also been filed. In view thereof, the Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks withdrawal of the above Petition to adopt appropriate proceedings in respect of the sanction granted and the filing of the charge sheet. The Petition is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such.
