Learned A.P.P, on instructions, states that custodial interrogation of the applicants is not required. Investigation is still in progress. It is submitted that charge-sheet will be filed after receiving a report from Forensic Science Laboratory in respect of alleged suicide note left by the deceased which, according the learned Counsel for the applicant, was subsequently found on the spot by the first informant.

16-ABA-1586-2022.doc [a] In the event of arrest in connection with Crime No.353 of 2022 registered with Phaltan Rural Police Station for the offences punishable under section 306 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, the applicants be enlarged on bail on furnishing a P.R bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- each, with one surety in the like amount;

[b] The applicants shall attend the concerned Police Station and report the Investigating Officer, as and when summoned.
