By the present Petition, the Petitioner had prayed for relief of Parole Leave due to Covid-19 pandemic.

It is well within the realm of all that, the severity of Covid-19 pandemic has ceased. The Government of Maharashtra has issued a Circular dated 4th May, 2022 directing that, the concerned Authorities thereinafter will not grant Parole Leave on the ground of Covid - 19 pandemic.

In view of the above, present Petition has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed off.
