Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the Grievance Redressal Committee shall endeavour to decide the appeal filed by the petitioner as early as possible.

Needless to mention that the Grievance Redressal Committee, before passing any order shall grant an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

The allotment of flat, if any, by the competent authority shall be subject to result of the appeal filed by the petitioner. 5.

The Petition is disposed of in above terms.
