Learned counsel appearing for the Applicant, seeks withdrawal of the Application, since it is realized by him that after fling of this Application, the Applicant has instituted another Bail Application before this Court, with a gap of three days. Learned Counsel for the Applicant is unable to give any reason why the Applicant indulged into such an attempt. This was, of course, not informed to the learned counsel and when it was made known to him, he has taken out present praecipe for withdrawal of the Application.

The aforesaid act on part of the Applicant is strongly deprecated and, hence, the present Application is permitted to be withdrawn, subject to a condition that the Applicant personally shall deposit an amount of Rs.1,000/- with Legal Services Committee, High Court, Mumbai within a period of one week from today and receipt thereof be placed on record of M.M.Salgaonkar
