PC:- 1] In view of the dismissal of the Civil Revision Application No. 630 of 2009, the Civil Application seeking leave to deposit the rent before the Small Causes Court does not survive. However, the learned counsel for Applicant submits that the delay in deposit of rent was inadvertent and the same has been sufficiently explained. Accordingly, the said Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).
