The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that in pursuance of the order dated 15.6.2016 passed by this Court the applicants have satisfied the decree dated 17.9.2009 passed in CC/02/429 by the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Maharashtra, Mumbai. She further submitted that by an order dated 24.6.2016 the said Commission has recorded the said fact. The original order passed by the said Commission has been fully satisfied. The said Commission by the afore stated order has directed to release the applicants who were accused No.3 and 5 before the said Commission, forthwith.

2) In view of the said order dated 24.6.2016 passed by the Commission nothing survives in the present application. Application is accordingly, disposed of.
