P.C.:- 1) After hearing learned Advocate for the Applicant at length, when this Court was not inclined to extend the parole leave granted to the Applicant, Mr. D'souza, learned Advocate for the Applicant on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the present Application unconditionally with liberty to the Applicant to surrender to the Jail Authority on or before 5.00 p.m. of 3rd October, 2022.
Leave and liberty granted.
Application is dismissed, as withdrawn.

As we have acceded to the request of the learned Advocate for the Applicant and permitted him to surrender before the Jail authority on or before 5.00 p.m of 3rd October, 2022, the Jail Authority, Yerwada Central Prison, Pune is directed not to consider his two day's extension of parole leave as a late surrender and consequences if any under the Rules and Regulations may not follow. 3) It is needless to mention that, the Superintendent, Yerwada Central Prison, Pune shall immediately produce the Applicant before the Chief Medical Officer, Yerwada Central Prison, Pune for his necessary medical treatment and in case it is found that, the surgery of the Gall Bladder of Applicant is essential, to adopt necessary steps in that behalf.
