Heard learned Advocate for the Applicant.

Learned Advocate for the Applicant submitted that he has given NOC to the client and thereafter he has not approached. This Court as per order dated 28th April 2022, was pleased to grant temporary bail for a period of one month for purpose of taking treatment in Ashwini Multi Speciality hospital. The period of one month is already over. In view of that the Applicant was supposed to surrender back. Admittedly, he has not surrendered. Additionally, he has not taken treatment as submitted on behalf of learned APP. 1/2

The period of temporary bail in that order was only for one month. That has come to an end.

Learned Advocate for the Applicant has expressed inability to argue the matter as he has already given NOC, there is no point in keeping this Application pending. It was made clear in the order dated 1st July 2022. Hence, the Application is disposed of. Interim relief by way of temporary bail no more survives. 5.

Police are at liberty to take steps for securing presence of applicant by informing the court seized of the case about this order. Inform to the court about this order.

Even court seized of the matter is also at liberty to enforce the surety furnished by the applicant at the time of furnishing temporary bail.
