Learned Counsel for the Petitioners Mr. Ghosalakar on the basis of the instructions given vide letter dated 1/10/2018 by the six Petitioners, out of which Petitioner Nos.1, 5 and 6 are personally present in the Court, seeks withdrawal of the above Writ Petition. To the said letter dated 1/10/2018 is annexed the office orders dated 15/9/2018 of the Vaikunth Mehta National Institute of Co-operative Management. The said office orders comprise the decision taken in the 47th Management Committee Meeting of the said Institute held on 6/9/2018. After referring to the decision it is stated in the said 1/2

10. WP 8812-14.doc office orders that in order to implement the above direction of the Management proof of withdrawal of the Court cases is required to be submitted by the concerned Petitioners. It is in these circumstances that the Petitioners are seeking withdrawal of the above Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such. 2.

The letter dated 1/10/2018 and the two office orders are taken on record and marked as 'X', 'Y' and 'Z' respectively for identification.
