After arguing the case, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to file fresh application for modification/relaxation of condition of bail after conclusion of recording of evidence in the case. Leave to withdraw the application is granted. However, looking to the nature of charges and seriousness of allegations against the applicant, request for liberty to file fresh application before conclusion of trial is rejected.
