P.C.:- Ms. Lohakare, learned APP on instructions from Superintendent of Kalyan District Prison, Kalyan submitted that, Petitioner has been acquitted by the trial Court i.e. District Judge-4, Additional Sessions Court, Kalyan on on 20th July, 2021 from Atrocity Special Case No.98 of 2015 arising out of CR No.-I-178 of 2015 registered with Manpada Police Station.

2) In view of above, Petition has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed off.
