Heard learned APP for the State. A short grievance made in the present petition is that the petitioner is not produced in the Court for want of escort by the Superintendent, Taloja Central Prison. Mr. Saste, learned APP makes a statement that the petitioner would be produced in the concerned Court by arranging necessary escort. The statement is accepted.

In the light of the statement, the grievance raised in the petition, no more survives. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. 3.

Learned APP is directed to communicate this order to the concerned officer.
