This Court has already rejected the application of the present applicant on merits by order dated 26/04/2021. I am therefore not inclined to entertain the present application in absence of any change in circumstance. However, as the applicant is in jail for more than three years, the trial Court shall endevour to conclude the trial as early as possible. If trial does not commence within six months, the applicant is at liberty to move an application for bail, before the trail Court.
